In the near future, Australia has developed a slide type electric sorter. One is a slide type, and the other is a screen type. Figure 1 shows this type of electric sorter.

The grounding is extremely slippery, and an elliptical high-voltage static electrode is installed on the sliding plate. The electrode is fixed (but adjustable), and the high-voltage electricity is passed through, and the ore is sent to the mining vibration tank to slide down to the sliding plate. In the high-voltage electric field, the conductor ore is induced and charged, and is attracted to the electrode. However, due to the simultaneous action of gravity and vibration, its trajectory is different from that of the non-conductor and is discharged from the front; although the non-conducting ore is also affected by the electric field, Will not be attracted, due to the vibration and the downward push of the entire mine, constantly moving downwards. In the actual sorting process, fine particles are most affected and are often mixed into conductor products. This type of electric separator is mainly used to separate a small amount of conductor minerals from a large number of non-conductor products. Now mainly used in Australia separated low content of iron ore and titanium rutile concentrate from the crude Pei cristobalite, and several are used together in series. The process is shown in Figure 2. According to the practice of Australia and the United States Capco, the effect is proved to be better.
