With the development of social economy and the changes in students' physical and mental characteristics, mental health education is increasingly valued by schools at all levels: students are eager to accept more advanced, more scientific and interesting mental health education and services to promote their respective The development of the ability and the perfection of personality; at the same time, teachers face pressure from social, work, interpersonal, family and other aspects, easily lead to anxiety, irritability, depression and other unhealthy phenomena, leading to job burnout. In order to comprehensively improve the mental health of teachers and students, enhance the effectiveness of school moral education and build a harmonious campus, Jingshi Boren assists the construction of mental health services in the Second Health School of Hainan Province, providing psychological sandbox, psychological self-help system, intelligent venting instrument, music relaxation chair, etc. A variety of psychological equipment, established a professional and practical mental health service center.

1. Appointment reception room

The appointment reception room is a waiting and relaxing mentality for visitors before the start of psychological counseling. It can also be used for daily work of consultants. The appointment reception room of the Second Health School of Hainan Province is neatly arranged, with pale green walls and soft fabric sofas to let people relax naturally. Here, we have configured psychological books and magazines and the Beijing Normal University's mental health self-help system, which allows visitors to learn about some mental health knowledge, use waiting time effectively, and establish correct, objective and intimate cognitive concepts for psychological counseling. Psychological counseling is paving the way.

2, individual consultation room

Individual counseling rooms are responsible for one-on-one individual counseling or one-to-many family counseling. The individual consultation room of the Second Health School of Hainan Province is quiet and soundproof, warm and comfortable. The seat of the consultant and the visitor is placed in an L shape, so that both the consultant and the visitor can capture each other's eyes and not because of their gaze. The direct view leads to the tension of the visitors, and the visitors can truly reveal themselves in a relatively safe and comfortable environment.

3. Psychological sandbox room

In the psychological sandbox room, visitors use the non-verbal communication tools such as the psychological sandbox to freely express their inner real feelings, and stimulate the self-control, self-improvement, self-growth motivation and self-healing. The mental sand table consists of sand, sandbox, sand and display frame. It was introduced to China by Professor Zhang Risheng from the Department of Psychology of Beijing Normal University in 1998. From the selection of materials and ratios, to the later service and training, Jingshi Boren’s mental sandbox equipment was supervised and guided by Professor Zhang Risheng, ensuring the professionalism and practicality of the sand table, thus becoming the psychological sandbox room for the construction of the second health school in Hainan Province. 4. Music relaxation room

Professional music relaxation equipment helps visitors relax, relieve stress, and gradually restore calm and self-healing. The second health school has equipped the Jingshi Boren professional massage music relaxation chair for teachers and students. This music relaxation chair integrates music relaxation, simulation massage and physiotherapy functions, which can effectively help the tourists to relieve fatigue and release pressure.

5. Psychological assessment room

The Psychological Assessment Room is a place for psychological measurement and crisis intervention of visitors. Through psychological census, it can quickly and accurately collect the psychological status data of individuals or groups, find problems in time, and solve problems in time. It is also a place for psychologists to build, organize and place psychological files.

6. Emotional venting room

The Emotional Catharsis Room provides visitors with a place to vent their negative emotions and relax their stress. Let visitors release their negative emotions in a safe, protected environment in the form of shouting, hitting, and interacting. The second health school venting room wall is pasted with a soft wall of venting wall, and the floor is laid, safe and comfortable. 7. Group room

The group activity room is mainly a psychological teacher who guides students to develop their own advantages through courses, lectures, games, and development training, learns teamwork, and improves the ability to solve problems, so that they can get a comprehensive development. In the group room, the second health school has set up the Beijing Normal University Boren group counseling tables and chairs and group psychological counseling tools to help psychologists to carry out mental health education work easily and efficiently.
