According to South Korea’s "East Asia Daily" reported on April 6, an international hacker group called "Anonymous" (Anymous) attacked North Korea’s external propaganda website "Between our peoples" on the 4th and publicized the site's 9001 members. After the information, 500 personal information of members of the website was publicly disclosed on the 6th.

"Between our nations" is the website operated by the Peaceful Reunification Committee of the Korean Motherland. South Korea prohibits the browsing of its own nationals, but some Korean netizens still visit the website through special channels.

The hacker organization called "Anonymous" launched a cyberattack on the North Korean publicity website "Between our peoples" was established in the United States in 2003. The organization has cyberattacks against agencies such as the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), and Apple Inc. to obtain secret information from the other party or cause the other party's network to collapse.

The organization publicly stated on the 2nd that it would ask North Korea to stop developing nuclear weapons and stop the nuclear threat, otherwise it will launch a cyber war.

According to South Korean media reports, the National Intelligence Agency of Korea has begun to investigate the list of members who have disclosed personal information by the hacker organization. The Korean National Institute said that it will first confirm whether Korean citizens in the membership list have joined the North Korean organization and then judge whether these people violate the Korean National Security Law.
