Different forms of single-seat electric control valve, the failure and its causes are not the same. Fault 1: actuator does not move, but the control module power and signal lights are bright. Treatment method: Check the power supply voltage is correct; motor is disconnected; ten-pin plug from the end to the end of the line is disconnected; motor, potentiometer, capacitor plug is good; use comparison to determine whether the control module is good. Fault 2: the actuator does not move, the power light is bright and the signal light is not on. Solution: check the polarity of the input signal is correct; use the method of comparison to determine whether the control module is good. Fault 3: adjust the system parameters set incorrectly caused the actuator frequent oscillation. Approach: regulator parameter tuning is not appropriate, will cause the system to produce varying degrees of oscillation. For a single-loop regulation system, the proportional band is too small, the integration time is too short, differential time and differential gain is too large may produce system oscillations. Through the system tuning method, a reasonable choice of these parameters, the loop to maintain a steady pace. Fault 4: Actuator motor heat quickly, shock crawl, stop short-term action. Remedy: AC 2V voltage control test module input interference interference; check the signal line and the power line isolation; potentiometer and potentiometer wiring is good; feedback component action is normal. Fault five: Actuator movements were stepping, crawling phenomenon, slow action. Approach: Check the operation of the signal transmitted from the operator is correct. Fault 6: actuator position feedback signal is too large or too small. Approach: Check the "zero" and "trip" potentiometer adjustment is correct; replacement control module to determine. Fault seven: After the signal plus full or full actuator, limit switch also kept. Solution: Check the function of the control module selector switch is in the correct position; "zero" and "stroke" potentiometer adjustment is correct; replacement control module to determine. Fault eight: actuator shock, tweets. Treatment method: mainly because the sensitivity is too high, the insensitive zone is too small, too sensitive, resulting in instability of the actuator small loop oscillation, reversing the clock to fine-tune the sensitivity potentiometer to reduce sensitivity; fluid pressure changes too large, the actuator thrust Insufficient; control valve selection is large, the valve often work in a small opening. Fault nine: actuator action is not normal, but the limit switch does not stop the motor after the action. Approach: Check the limit switch, limit switch wiring is faulty; replace the control module to determine. Fault ten: actuator belt broken. Approach: Check the actuator internal transmission part is damaged stuck; "zero" and "stroke" potentiometer adjustment is correct; limit switch is correct.
