The electric control system automatic tensioning system is equipped with a dedicated electric control box. Among them, PLC is the core of the control. In addition to outputting a set of normally open contacts of the control oil pump, the control system also has normally open contacts for normal tension and broken belt output. When the tension is abnormal or the belt is broken, the output contact is closed and sent to the PLC to monitor the normal operation of the entire system. The main functions of each electrical component are as follows:

(1) PLC: It is the control core of the system, completes information collection and processing, and outputs corresponding control instructions;

(2) Intermediate relay: used to complete the output of various control logic results and play a role in signal isolation;

(3) Cologne mass flowmeter of contactor: used to complete the start and stop control of the tensioning hydraulic pump motor and the forward and reverse control of the tensioning winch motor;

(4) Operation mode selection: The transfer switch has two optional positions, namely debugging and working. When it is in the debugging position, you can use the start and stop buttons on the panel to experiment and debug the hydraulic automatic tensioning device. At this time, it is offline with the central control system; when it is in the working position, the central control The system must send a remote permission signal before the hydraulic automatic tensioning device enters the automatic working state;

(5) Tightening winch control switch: This switch is used to control the forward or reverse rotation of the winch motor.

Therefore, the hydraulic automatic tensioning device can adjust the tension of the conveyor belt according to the different needs of the tension at the start and the tension during normal operation, and the response is fast. The conveyor belt can be set and adjusted according to the changes in the working environment The required tensioning force makes the belt conveyor more stable and reliable when starting. In addition, the device saves energy consumption and extends the life of the conveyor belt, and its economic benefits are significant.
