Three-cylinder electric pressure pump three-cylinder electric pump main structure and working principle The machine is mainly composed of high-pressure reciprocating pump, relief valve (40Mpa above specifications without this component), back pressure relief valve, high pressure hose and so on. 1, high-pressure reciprocating pump: The pump is a horizontal three-piston pump, driven by the motor, divided into the dynamic end and hydraulic end. (1) Power end: By the pulley, crankshaft, connecting rod and other components. The motor is driven by the pulley and decelerates to drive the crankshaft to rotate. The crankshaft connecting rod mechanism converts the rotational motion into a linear reciprocating motion to drive the plunger to reciprocate. (2) hydraulic end: by the piston, cylinder, pump head, inlet and outlet valve group, safety valve and other components. The connecting rod drives the reciprocating movement of the plunger to change the cycle volume of the inner volume of the cylinder. When the plunger is in the suction stroke, the outlet valve is closed and the working medium opens the inlet valve into the cylinder at atmospheric pressure. During the discharge stroke, The valve is closed and the plunger moves the working medium through the outlet valve and through the pump head. The process is repeated periodically, completing the function of the pump to draw in and discharge the working medium. 2, relief valve used to adjust the pump output pressure and constant system pressure. Turn the adjustment nut clockwise to raise the output pressure of the pump, and vice versa, the output pressure is reduced. When the packing test, when the system pressure reaches the set pressure value, turn the adjusting nut counterclockwise to open the relief valve to remove the pump discharge pressure. When the user needs constant pressure output, simply adjust the pressure to the set value and lock the locknut. 3, check the pressure relief valve is used to automatically cut off the pressure and unloading system pressure. After the packing test, open the relief valve hand wheel, you can remove the system pressure. During the step-up process, if the system pressure is higher than the set value due to misoperation, the pressure relief valve hand wheel may be properly opened and part of the pressure should be relieved to regain pressure. The valve is equipped with a pressure gauge, the pressure in the process of pressurization and pressure were shown in the pressure test pipeline.
